It Started With One Frustrated Email
Back in early 2019, our founder Indira Whitmore was working at a mid-sized logistics company in Melbourne. She'd spent three weeks preparing a budget proposal for new fleet tracking software - complete with ROI calculations and vendor comparisons. Then it sat on someone's desk for two months.
The project finally got approved, but by then the vendor pricing had changed and they had to start over. That's when Indira realized something pretty obvious that nobody was talking about: most budget delays aren't about the money - they're about the process.
